  1. Use Shortcuts: Use “Command (⌘) + F” or “Control + F” to search for specific text within your Notion page.
  2. Find Text: Type the words you want to on the bar opened at the top right corner.
  3. Click the “Replace” Icon: “Replace” icon is on the menu and click it to expand the menu.
  4. Enter Replacement Text: Type the words your text will be replaced with
  5. Choose “Replace”/”Replace All”: Click “Replace” for that specific replacement, or click “Replace All” for all the replacements that meet the criteria
