How to Export Notion Content to PDF?

Follow the below steps to export Notion content as a PDF:

  1. Open the Notion page you want to export.
  2. Click the three dots (•••) in the top-right corner and select “Export.”
  3. Choose “PDF” as the export format.
  4. Customize options like including subpages or choosing dark/light mode if needed.
  5. Click “Export,” then download and save the PDF when prompted.

How to Export Notion Content to Markdown & CSV?

  1. Open the Notion page you want to export.
  2. Click the three dots (•••) in the top-right corner and select “Export.”
  3. Choose “Markdown & CSV” as the export format.
  4. Click “Export” to download the Markdown (.md) file.

How to Export Notion Content to Word?

Follow the below steps to export a Notion table to Word:

  1. Open your Notion page with the table.
  2. Click the three dots (•••) in the top-right corner and select “Export” to choose “CSV.”
  3. Open the CSV file in Excel to review and adjust data if needed.
  4. In Word, go to the “Insert” tab and select “Table” to create a new table, or use “Insert” > “Object” > “Text from File” to import the CSV/Excel directly.
  5. Adjust the table’s format, column widths, and apply styling as desired.
  6. Save the Word document after formatting.

    How to Export Notion Content to HTML?

    1. Open the Notion page you want to export.
    2. Click the three dots (•••) in the top-right corner and select “Export.”
    3. Choose “HTML” from the export options.
    4. Check “Include Subpages” if you want to export subpages as separate HTML files.
    5. Click “Export” to generate the HTML files.
    6. Download the ZIP file containing your HTML and associated assets, then extract the contents to view or edit.

    How to Export the Entire Notion Workspace?

    Follow the below steps to export the entire Notion workspace:

    1. Open Notion and click “Settings” in the sidebar.
    2. Scroll to “Export Content” and click “Export All Workspace Content.”
    3. Include subpages and any embedded files to preserve your workspace structure if needed.
    4. Click “Export” to begin the process.
    5. Download the ZIP file containing your entire workspace once the export is complete.
    6. Extract the files to a folder on your computer and organize as needed.
